Artist Statement: Using the prompt of SIZE as the art landscape, Chantal created a triptych by stripping down her imagery to Mark, Line and Color and situating them within the current collective emotional landscape.
Marks become an extension of movement and energy within space and are intertwined by broken organic lines depicting social relationships within space, time and form all bedded in Colors expressing current collective emotions.
Here, orange represents the energetic collective boost we have all felt and feel to seek and cherish meaningful and vibrant social interactions in the future.
