All artists create studies. Ideas, thought patterns, the creative blueprint for a larger body of work. It is our way of finding the things we need to find within the story we want to tell, the depth and balance, the shadow and light, the texture and techniques. These selected works from Ty Nathan Clark are part of the artist’s process. Based on thoughts from the line “The Wordless Singing World” taken from the poem “Work, Sometimes” by Mary Oliver.
Ty Nathan Clark is an abstract painter, writer and filmmaker. His work is represented in Los Angeles, Houston, New York and San Francisco.
